We'll start by looking at the vast range of professional development opportunities available to teachers nowadays. Then we will consider how colleagues and networks can help us solve our current challenges and grow as teachers. Finally, we will explore  the value of action research in improving your teaching practice and the learning experience of your students. Join us to discuss and plan your CPD. 

Session 2: Can you gamify professional growth?

Join this session to explore engaging tasks that not only refine your teaching skills but also add an element of fun to the process. We'll look at game-based learning techniques and hands-on activities designed to enhance focus and address specific teaching skills. Let's make our professional development journey enjoyable! 

Session 3: Panel discussion: How can we develop as teachers?

Dit evenement biedt tools, ideeën en inspiratie om je te helpen je professionele ontwikkeling in eigen hand te nemen. De webinars zullen onderzoeken hoe je verder kunt gaan dan formele training en samenwerkingsnetwerken kunt creëren met andere docenten. Je leert ook hoe je je eigen actieonderzoek kunt uitvoeren en hoe je leuke, spelgebaseerde leertechnieken kunt gebruiken om je onderwijsvaardigheden naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

We beginnen met het bekijken van het enorme aanbod aan professionele ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden die tegenwoordig beschikbaar zijn voor leraren. Daarna bekijken we hoe collega's en netwerken ons kunnen helpen bij het oplossen van onze huidige uitdagingen en bij onze groei als leraar. Tot slot onderzoeken we de waarde van actieonderzoek voor het verbeteren van je onderwijspraktijk en de leerervaring van je leerlingen. Discussieer mee en plan je CPD.
