For this assignment you will need to develop your own personal professional development plan. This plan should include the following:
- What is your ultimate goal in education? e.g. headmaster, head of department, government education official
- Your professional development goals for the next three years which will help you attain your ultimate goal (include at least two goals per annum)
- What online learning resources / MOOCs / collaborative teacher networks you'll engage with to achieve these goals
- A timeline of when you expect to achieve each goal.
